NEXFORD CAREERS
Nexford’s Career Coalition helps forward-thinking organizations
upskill and retain employees to achieve workforce growth.
Early career planning
Career planning at Nexford begins in your first course if you’re taking our BBA or AAS program — where you’ll craft your own personal career ambitions and plan with your dedicated Success Advisor and our Career Development Advisor.
If you’re taking our MBA, your first career planning session will be during your third month learning with us.
Learning and preparing
Learn through real-life industry projects with top companies across various sectors. Engage in projects from today’s world, not yesterday’s — including from Tesla, Beyond Meat and 3M — and receive 24/7 support during your study.
At Nexford, it’s less theory, more skills. Why? We’re here to prepare you for the workplace of the future, not yesterday. By working on current, real-life projects, you’ll have a portfolio to show future employers: giving you a degree that goes beyond just your CV.
Advanced career planning
Your career success is at the heart of what we do. That’s why, as your program progresses, you’ll receive:
→ A session with our dedicated Career Development Advisor to track your growth from when you started — and guide you on your path forwards
→ Access to resources and tools to help craft your CV
→ Interview preparation: including cover letter practice & application tips
→ A US accredited qualification
You can also showcase the skills you gained at Nexford by taking virtual work experience programs that give you a genuine career advantage. Experience real work at Fortune 500 companies including Deloitte and KPMG through Forage — and increase your chances of landing a job at a partner company by 2-5x.
Personal branding
Stand out, and flourish. You’ll take short courses on personal branding, and attend personal branding workshops, with the opportunity to book a 1:1 session with our Personal Branding Expert to assess, and grow your own personal brand.
Job applications
While learning at Nexford you’ll have access to local & global job vacancies through Localized and our other partnering job portals. Dream big, and see where an American degree takes you.
